Are the sizes listed in inches or centimeters?

All metal print sizes shown on our website are measured in inches.

How long does production take?

Each metal print is made to order. Production typically requires 7–10 business days.

How long does shipping take?

We currently offer Express Shipping, which usually takes 10–14 business days after production.

Important Notice:
Within 24 hours of placing your order, we may contact you if there are any issues with the image you uploaded. Please ensure the email address provided at checkout is correct and monitored. If we do not receive confirmation regarding image size or quality in time, the order will be processed using our standard settings.

Can I change the image or size after placing an order?

Yes. Any changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting customer support.

Do metal prints include a white border?

No. All metal prints are produced edge to edge with no white borders. If an image requires adjustment, we will contact you before proceeding.

Where do I enter a discount code?

You can apply your discount code during checkout using the discount code field. Only one discount code may be applied per order.
